Fruit and Veggie Snack Tips

By Jonas | Apr. 7, 2007 | 5 Comments|post a comment

I found this rockin' resource to help you get some more fruits and
vegetables in your life.

Check out the calculater, the calendar of fruits/veggies in season,
and my fav tips for snacks.

  1. Try hummus and whole wheat pita
  2. Snack on vegetables like bell pepper strips and brocooli with a
    low-fat or fat-free ranch dip
  3. Try baked tortilla chips with balck bean and corn salso
  4. Stash bags of dried fruit at your desk for a convenient snack
  5. Keep a bowl of fruit on your desk or counter
  6. Store cleaned, cut-up vegetables in the fridge at eye level and keep a low-fat or fat-free dip on hand.
