Hi Everyone. Sounds like despite a few technical difficulties, yesterday went well. A few suggestions related to some of your comments:
1. Water
- Try different brands - it is best to carry a liter bottle througout the day and refill it, and while it sounds odd, some bottle designs may inspire you to drink more
- Try taking an emergenC packet or Airborne and place it in a liter bottle of water. It will add some flavor and mix it up for you in addition to giving an extra boost of some vitamin C and antioxidants
- Drink through a straw - I don't know why, but it helps alot of people
- Try taping a mantra on the bottle (refer to Dr. Emoto's work on water crystals http://www.whatthebleep.com/crystals/)
2. Headache/Energy - It is very common to actually feel worse when you are drinking something as nutrient rich as The Ultimate Meal. Similar to any other type cleanse (even though this is not officially a cleanse) it is flushing the toxins out of your body which is why you may feel worse. This feeling usually subsides by day three. If however you continue to not feel well it could be an allergy or sensitivity. In that case stop taking the ultimate meal and see your doctor. And of course, the cosmic shift is a very valid reason as well:-) Check out the "cosmic calendar": http://astrology.yahoo.com/astrology/
Keep up the good work!
Soul Spark of the day
It is simple - we are where we should be doing what we should be doing. Otherwise we would be somewhere else doing something else. ~Richard Stein
Lighten Up!
- Try snacking on some almonds, celery and peanut butter, or carrots and hummus as a snack or drink a cup of tea at that mid-morning or afternoon lull time
- The people from The Secret documentary will be on Oprah on Thursday. if you have not seen this, do it now because everyone and their mother (literally) will be talking about it - GET YOUR SECRET ON HERE! www.thesecret.tv
Email check-in (note: you may feel nothing, that is something...take note)
