Clearly the tide has shifted and people are feeling good. Love it!! First of all, big props to Missy who despite a broken blender, lack of bananas and many a sleepless night still managed to get resourceful and prepare her own version of the drink. One morning straight (with some applesauce and water) and yesterday morning mixed with baby food (organic apple and banana of course). Now that is commitment!!! We are moving into the weekend and it is important to stay in the "feel good" place in your body. The emails will continue through the weekend, but understandable if you can't respond. Have a great weekend!!

Let us be grateful to the people who make us happy. They are charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. - Marcel Foy
Lighten Up
- Since it has been posed, try experimenting with a second drink this weekend as a snack or meal if you really want to go hard core. No pressure of course and listen to your body because the detox factor will definitely be heightened.
- Start giving some thoughts to some next steps/goals you would like to pursue (or not) after the challenge
- Mix up your workout routine by doing something different or start a workout routine:-)
