Happy Monday! Now that you all are in the groove, use today to start becoming aware of your eating habits throughout the day. If you want to start keeping a food journal, it is a good way to increase the awareness.

Lighten Up
- Try to incorporate either fruit or veggies at each meal or snack (ie. salad for lunch, carrots and hummus for snack, celery and peanut butter, apple with handful of almonds).
Email check-in
1. How was your energy level throughout the day?
2. Hunger level (did it fill you up? too hard to drink? Hungry an hour
later?)
3. Cravings (how were cravings throughout the day? what were they if any?)
4. Did you drink your eight glasses of water?
5. Are you noticing any changes in your sleep/stress patterns?
6. Are you noticing any physical changes (ie. skin, weight, etc.)
