Architects Waugh Thistleton have won planning permission for this wind-powered residential building in London. The building is clad in glazed tiles and features a stunning tower of helical wind turbines at its spine (unfortunately not visible here). It will provide 66 private and affordable apartments, as well as 1,117 sq m of new office space.
