A very hearty pasta dish that gets its pizzazz from the smoky flavor of Canadian bacon. Serve this on a cold winter day!

Preparation facts

Servings: 6

Yield: 10 cups (2.4L)

Ingredients

1 Tbs (15mL) olive oil

4 medium onions, chopped

Freshly ground pepper, to taste

1 lb (455g) spaghetti, uncooked

Season sauce generously with freshly ground pepper and pour over spaghetti.
