1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 tsp each salt and coarse grind black pepper

Polenta:

2/3 cup yellow cornmeal

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup prepared spaghetti sauce, heated

Directions

Stir in 2 tablespoons each mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Microwave, uncovered, on MEDIUM (50%) 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cover; let stand 5 minutes.
