Olive Oil Dip

The best olive oil dip I've tried is easy to make and really tasty: Take a couple cloves of garlic and some fresh cilantro and mince it all well. Add some lemon if you'd like. And dip away your favorite bread/chips/crackers. For a nice change I've added minced green or black olives as well. You could even add sweet red peppers for color. Yummy and a great way to get that healthy olive oil (without cooking it) into your diet.
