Hey peeps! I bought some SJW last week and have been taking 1 capsule every day with breakfast. The reason why i decided to try it out was because I suffer from anxiety which was probably brought on by my 5 years of excessive pot smoking (which I have recently stopped!!!). I also have bipolar tenancies, which drives my boyfriend insane. :( So far, I haven't noticed too much, but it's probably too soon to tell. I feel a bit dazed in the mornings now because it's a sedative, so I think I'm going to take some before bed rather than first thing in the morning! It would probably be good for my insomnia as well. I've heard lots of good stuff about SJW from friends and family so hopefully it works in my favor :)
