About My Practice (limit 200 words)
Conscious Conception addresses the spiritual and emotional aspect of the fertility and conception/pregnancy process. For anyone already pregnant or trying/thinking about becoming pregnant. Works with IFV, but best to try prior to attemping it.
It introduces a new approach to fertility using the Law of Attraction and the power of intention, energy healing and traditional coaching/counseling to balance and enhance quality of life: Lifestyle (nutrition, work patterns, relationships), choice, belief patterns and stress management. It complements the medical model and alternative approaches to enhance fertility such as Acupuncture, Naturopathic, and Chinese Medicine effectively and gently.
The work honors the sacredness of motherhood by consciously "calling in" the spirit of the child in meditation, causing fear to dissolve as they come to know the essence of this little being they are growing. Conscious Conception allows mothers-to-be to connect with other women in a nurturing and safe environment in workshops.
This work is known to increase the chance for fertility by raising awareness around the whole person. As the mother comes into herself fully and present to her own sacred feminine power, her environment naturally fosters the potential to bring through a very amazing being. Happy and balanced mothers raise happy and balanced children.
It fosters peace and calm, dissolving fears around motherhood (Can I do this? Is this for me? How can I maximize my experience?). For those already pregnant, most importantly, it sets the stage for deepening the bonding and sacred connection to the child. Throughout pregnancy and beyond, it is the conscious process of nurturing that honors the spirit of the child. Mothers come away feeling more solid, clear and grounded in the truth of their new role. A new sense of confidence and knowing emerges, redefining former limiting beliefs. The child is born into its world already feeling connected/bonded and trusting of its safe and nurturing environment established long before birth. A sense of the sacred is rekindled. Motherhood is that journey into the sacred mystery through Conscious Conception.
