"I think there’s a few things we can do, very simple steps, that we can take to have healthier lives.
“One is having a good foundation of nutrition, so take a good multivitamin, multi-mineral, along with a fish oil, and a probiotic everyday.
“Drink fresh, clean water. It’s a very simple thing to do, but just increasing your water intake can increase your health.
“And exercising half an hour. Just walking 3 or 4 times a week for half an hour can really dramatically increase one's health overall."
