Hi, I'm Laura. Truthfully, I am only fifteen years old. I have taken a huge interest in organic and natural foods. As an aspiring chef, it is my goal to find new ways of cooking healthily and all naturally. This is my first time on this site and already, it is of great interest. I have exactly one friend who actually only eats natural and organic foods. I have been trying to convert, but sadly, in order to do so (thoroughly that is) it costs money. Luckily, I have found that some stores actually do sell organic and natural food at a fairly low price. Being that I am fairly young, income is fairly low. So, give me advice. I am open to whatever anyone has to say.
Glad to hear you're exploring Organic...I don't know where you live but I've found that Trader Joe's to really good value...check here for store locations http://www.traderjoes.com/locations.asp...there are couple of articles on naturalpath about going organic on a budget...here's a few:
