It's 3am and I've been staring at my alarm clock for hours. Well, I'm now taking some action. I just took a tincture of Valerian and California Poppy. It will take about 45 minutes before I feel anything, but I know it will work.
Other remedies include 5 HTP as well as Passionflower and Jamican Dogwood. I've used Melatonin and Magensium as well.

Dr. Mecola has a helpful video on a variety of sleep principles and tips. Some of his advice is impractical (change jobs - yeah dude, easy for you to say). I know he looks like a used car salesman with that pitch but he's got some good info. Look forward to hearing from you.
